Reach out to friends for extra help!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It can be tough to set boundaries with an ex-partner, especially when it comes to parenting. But regardless of your feelings towards the mother or father of your child, you should never put them in a position where they feel unsafe and ashamed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Setting appropriate boundaries is not only for the safety and well being of baby mama but also their children as well.
